Linda Bailey is the Executive Director of NACTO. Prior to this position, she was the federal policy advisor for New York City Department of Transportation for six years, where she was also a key advisor for NACTO. She has been working in U.S. transportation policy for 14 years, with a career that has spanned research, advocacy, and implementation, always focusing on sustainability within the transportation sector.

Aaron Villere

Aaron Villere joined NACTO as a Fellow in 2015, and is now a Program Associate with the Designing Cities Initiative. He is working with NACTO cities to expand resources, case studies, and peer learning opportunities. Aaron is currently supporting roll-out of the Transit Street Design Guide, including working directly with cities to develop projects through the Transit Program Accelerator.

Ankita Chachra

Ankita joined NACTO in 2015 and helped with the writing and production of the Global Street Design Guide. Her current work involves applying tools and strategies from the Global Street Design Guide to address street and public space design challenges, which cities around the world are currently facing. She has been managing NACTO-GDCI’s efforts to improve road safety in Sao Paulo since early 2016, and plays a support role for the team’s work in Mumbai.

Corinne Kisner

Corinne Kisner is the Director of Programs at NACTO. In this role, she convenes and facilitates networks of peer cities working to build safe, sustainable transportation systems and equitable, active cities through better street design and transportation policy. Corinne directs the annual Designing Cities conference; developed and launched Leadership NACTO, a new leadership development program for city transportation officials; and served as project manager and lead author for the Urban Street Stormwater Guide. Corinne loves bike share and exploring cities on foot.

Craig Toocheck

Craig Toocheck joined NACTO in 2014. He is one of the principal authors of the Transit Street Design Guide, and is now working with cities nationwide to incorporate the guide’s concepts in transit projects. Craig also helps plan and lead trainings and workshops, designs graphics for NACTO publications, and works with member cities to keep NACTO guidance on the vanguard of the practice.

Eduardo joined NACTO as a program manager in 2017 to contribute to GDCI’s efforts in promoting safe, equitable, and sustainable cities through better street design. As part of Bloomberg’s Initiative for Global Road Safety, he provides technical assistance to the City of Fortaleza in applying the design principles from the Global Street Design Guide.

Fabrizio joined NACTO in 2015. As a program manager, he coordinates the work of the Global Designing Cities Initiative in Bogotá while participating in the initiative’s efforts in Fortaleza and the other cities of the program. He is one of the core authors of the Global Street Design Guide.
