Alex creates and executes NACTO’s communications strategy—helping NACTO’s 100 cities develop a unified voice on transportation. Previously, he managed the NACTO Designing Cities conferences in Seattle, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Toronto.
Prior to NACTO, Alex worked at the NYC Department of Transportation, where he was part of the Citi Bike launch team, managed advertising and outreach campaigns, oversaw the agency’s social media presence, helped manage Summer Streets, and introduced New York City’s first pothole mascot.
Alex has a B.A. in Metropolitan Studies from New York University.
