Ethan Melone is the Rail Transit Manager for the Seattle Department of Transportation. He is responsible for all aspects of development of the Seattle Streetcar network, from planning and design through construction and operational startup. A twenty-year veteran of various City of Seattle offices, he holds a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a BA from Columbia University.
