Steve is WSP USA’s (@wspusa) Vice-President and Northeast Manager for Planning, Environment and Traffic services.   Prior to WSP, Steve most recently served as General Manager of Transportation for the City of Toronto.  Prior to his tenure in Toronto, Steve led the Transportation Division of the Philadelphia Streets Department and was the Director of Policy and Planning for the Mayor’s Office of Transportation and Utilities for the City of Philadelphia.

While in Toronto, Steve initiated and led a City of Toronto Divisional working group on Automated Vehicles.  Steve currently serves as the Chair of the Transportation Research Board’s Committee on Transportation Issues in Major Cities and serves on the Board of ITS Canada.  He is also a lecturer in the University of Pennsylvania’s City & Regional Planning program.
