Seth was the chief media strategist for the New York City Department of Transportation department under Commissioner Janette Sadik-Khan and Mayor Bloomberg and during a period of unprecedented change, helping message the addition of 450 miles of bike lanes, the launch of Citi Bike, and the pedestrianization of Broadway through Times Square among hundreds of interventions across New York. A graduate of Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, Seth has 20 years of experience in media and communications, including writing for his hometown newspaper, the Staten Island Advance, and for the New York Times. He is co-author with Sadik-Khan of Streetfight: Handbook for an Urban Revolution.
