Nina Haiman is the Deputy Manhattan Borough Commissioner at the New York City Department of Transportation. In this position she conducts outreach for agency projects such as protected bicycle paths, intersection/corridor safety treatments, and transit initiatives. Nina has an undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University.
