Jonathan Rogers is a transportation planner with the District Department of Transportation where he focuses on NEPA studies, development review, neighborhood planning, and public space design. Prior to his five years at DDOT, Jonathan worked for the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (MWCOG) on the regional transportation plan and transportation demand management. Jonathan has a BA from the University of Michigan and a Master of City Planning degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
