Jacquelyn Hayward is the Director of Transportation Project Design & Management at the City of Toronto. In this role, Jacquelyn is responsible for a leading the design and delivery of a wide-range of projects including Vision Zero road safety projects, major transportation infrastructure, pedestrian and cycling infrastructure and neighbourhood projects including street art. Jacquelyn has more than 16 years of experience in both the public and non-profit sectors. In the public sector, her work has focused on transportation infrastructure and transportation demand management. Prior to working in municipal government, Jacquelyn was instrumental in the implementation of sustainable transportation behaviour change programs through her experience with non-profit organizations such as the Smart Commute Association and Pollution Probe. Jacquelyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from York University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
