As Bicycle and Pedestrian Program Manager for the Chicago Dept. of Transportation, David oversees a team of planners and engineers responsible for planning, designing, and implementing the City’s bicycle network, developing policies and programs to improve pedestrian safety, and advancing the City’s Rapid Delivery Program. The Rapid Delivery Program has included the implementation of quick build pedestrian infrastructure, traffic calming, and the Shared Streets Program – which was one part of CDOT’s Covid Response program.
