Beth Heyde is Director of Logistics of the New York City Department of Transportation Bike Share Program where she oversees Citi Bike’s operations, and facilitates expansion planning and the public engagement process. Beth believes bike share programs offer solutions to many complex interconnected urban mobility issues, and have the capacity to bridge gaps in transportation, providing socioeconomic, environmental, and health benefits for individuals and cities at large.
