Ben Rosenblatt, AICP, CFA, is a Senior Planner in Sam Schwartz’s City Strategies practice area in New York. Ben brings a unique, multi-disciplinary perspective to the group. For 7 years, he served as a business valuation consultant and strategist, where he identified structural challenges, quantified risks, and developed tactical recommendations for private companies in a wide variety of industries. Ben has translated these skills into a keen ability to analyze high-level organizational, funding, and strategic issues facing transportation agencies today. At Sam Schwartz, he has worked with city leadership in cities nationwide to develop comprehensive agency strategic plans, and has helped them pinpoint specific challenges and deliver targeted solutions. Ben was Sam Schwartz’s project manager in advising the Seattle Department of Transportation on improvements to its pedestrian accommodation policies on streets adjacent to its many (many!) construction sites.
