Becca is a Senior Transportation Planner with the City of Minneapolis Department of Public Works.  Becca has over eighteen years of professional planning experience, with nearly fifteen of those as a planner for the City of Minneapolis in transportation, land use, urban design, preservation, and environmental planning.  Becca has led and collaborated on a variety of planning initiatives including the METRO Blue Line Extension Project, bus pilot projects, capital projects, transportation planning studies, cooperative planning projects with regional partners, advancing the City’s Transportation Action Plan as well as numerous TOD development projects. Becca has a Master’s degree in Public Affairs with an emphasis in Transportation Planning from the University of Minnesota.
