What is included with the registration fee?
Breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, October 24 & Thursday, October 25, an evening Opening Reception on Wednesday, October 24 and WalkShops, of your choice, on all three conference days! Please sign up for these complimentary functions.
(Note: Walking Tour times are subject to change. Please check the NACTO website closer to the date of the conference to confirm the time and details of the Walking Tours.)
What is included with the one-day conference registration fee?
Sessions and complimentary functions for that day only.
Do I have to make my own hotel and travel arrangements?
Conference participants are expected to make their own hotel and travel arrangements. First-come, first-served special room rates have been arranged in hotels ranging from chic boutique in trendy Brooklyn to brand hotels with 4-star amenities in downtown Manhattan. What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code is business casual. Note: weather in New York City in late October can vary significantly so pack accordingly!

What method of payment do you accept for the NACTO: Designing Cities Conference?

What is the registration deadline?
Early bird registration (reduced fees): Friday, August 31, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.
Regular Registration: Friday, October 12, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.
What is the refund policy?
Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than Friday, October 12, 2012. A 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. There will be no refunds after the Friday, October 12, 2012 deadline.
