John Levin is Director of Strategic Initiatives for Metro Transit in Minneapolis-St. Paul. In this role, Mr. Levin oversees performance measurement, data analytics and research activities, and coordination of shared mobility initiatives.  He has been with Metro Transit for 20 years working on long range system planning, route planning, service analysis, scheduling, and data collection for the agency’s bus and rail service.  Mr. Levin studied planning at the Humphrey School at the University of Minnesota and has a BA from Carleton College in Minnesota.
