Donna C. Williams is a mayoral appointee and serves as the Administrator of the Department of Economic & Community Development for Mayor Andy Berke in Chattanooga, TN. Her department includes several divisions: Community Development & Housing, Economic & Workforce Development, Land Development Office, Regional Planning Agency, Public Art, Open Spaces, Code Enforcement, Real Property & Brownfield Development and Neighborhood Services. All of which collaborate with internal and external partners on countless projects throughout the community.

A native Chattanoogan, Donna returned to her hometown after more than a decade of corporate work in Atlanta. Yet, upon her return to Chattanooga it was clear that few things had shifted forward in many underserved neighborhoods, some of which were home to her and various relatives. This realization led to her commitment to affecting positive change for citizens in those neighborhoods. Donna has served in her role since 2013. Prior to serving at the City of Chattanooga she was a neighborhood revitalization consultant and trainer and real estate professional, exclusively focused in urban neighborhoods.
