Chris has been with NYC DOT since 2013, aiding in the development of Hurricane Sandy recovery projects and the city’s green infrastructure plan. Since 2015, Chris has been responsible for coordinating the agency’s 10 year, $2.2 billion streets capital plan in alignment with long-term planning efforts and strategic goals.
Prior to his role at NYC DOT, Chris worked for the Service Employees International Union Local 32BJ. He received his M.S. in City and Regional Planning at the Pratt Institute, and his B.A. in Studio Art at Oberlin College.
