Brad Ross is the Chief Communications Officer for the City of Toronto, having rejoined the City in January 2019 (he was with the City from 2000-2008) after almost 11 years at the Toronto Transit Commission where he led public and employee communications, as well as reputation management, which included developing strategies around transparency and accountability, a crucial element of ensuring public understanding in an operational environment like public transportation.
