The urban curb is a limited resource, used for purposes as varied as bus stops, bike lanes, commercial loading and delivery, dining, passenger pickup and drop-off, parking, and turn lanes. Curb management is about allocating space efficiently and safely among those many uses.
From agency structure to design details, NACTO is helping cities share and develop the programs and practices necessary to make the best use of their valuable curbs.
