As a senior transportation planner in the Planning Division at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), Tracey leads long-range transit projects that aim to improve transit services to critical neighborhoods throughout the City. With a heavy background in outreach and service planning and a personal interest in equity issues, Tracey led the day-to-day project management of the Muni Service Equity Strategy, an effort that addressed specific transit issues in key communities. Prior to SFMTA, she worked at the San Mateo County Transit District as a service planner and scheduler, collaborating closely with operations staff to improve bus service. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis and a Master’s Degree in Transportation Management from San Jose State University.
