Ted Graves was the Program Manager of NACTO’s Bike Share Initiative, a multi-year, grant-funded program to evaluate best practices in bike share throughout North America, with a focus on strategies for reaching under-represented groups.
Ted is an urban planner with expertise in transportation planning and engineering. He came to NACTO as a recent graduate of UC Berkeley’s Master of City Planning program. He has worked at Fehr & Peers, where he focused on technical evaluation and quantification of transportation demand management. While in school, he also interned at the San Francisco County Transportation Authority, analyzing capital project delivery and service impacts of bus rapid transit.
In addition to a Master’s from UC Berkeley, Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours from McGill University in Montreal. He is an avid cyclist and happens to have lived in three cities (Montreal, Boston, and San Francisco) at the time of their bike share system launches.
