Mike Bagheri is a Transportation Manager with the City of Pasadena heading the Complete Streets Division of Department of Transportation. Mike leads the department’s efforts in managing Active Transportation grant projects, development review process and collaboration with Planning and Public Works Departments on implementing City’s Complete Streets policies.

Mike is a registered professional engineer in Civil and Traffic Engineering disciplines and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and Master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge. Mike has more than 25 years of experience in transportation planning and operations and an expert in the area of transportation demand management.
