Julian Guevara is the Municipal Manager of Miami-Dade County’s Department of Transportation and Public Works. He is currently acting as a liaison between various municipalities, regional agencies and the County to seek support and prompt implementation of strategic programs, including Complete Streets.  He joined the County after a few years of work in transportation planning for the Cities of Miami and Miami Beach; at the latter he  oversaw the implementation and operation of municipal circulator services.
