Jon Hamblen is the Parking Manager for the City of Pasadena, and he has been with the City since 2015.  Jon has over 15 years of experience in the parking industry in California, and he now works closely with stakeholders in Pasadena to implement parking solutions that help businesses and community members.  He is currently working on several projects that are intended to improve technology as it relates to Pasadena’s parking system, with the long-term goal of implementing a citywide demand-based pricing model.
