Jim is the Assistant Director for the City of Austin Transportation Department.  He works with some amazing people at the City of Austin and is responsible for the divisions that keep Austin moving on a daily basis:  signals, transportation management center, sign and markings and right-of-way management.  Jim also gets to work with some equally amazing people at Capital Metro, TxDOT and many other agencies in the region.  He has more than 23 years of transportation engineering and planning experience in the public and private sector.
