Jason Kligier is a principal transportation planner with the City of Santa Monica working for the past decade to improve multi-modal options in his hometown. From parking policy, to grant writing, to bike infrastructure planning, he’s been fortunate to work in varied aspects of the field. He was the project manager for the Michigan Avenue Neighborhood Greenway (MANGo) concept plan, which received the California APA Award of Excellence for Public Outreach in 2014. He holds a Master of Urban & Regional Planning from UCLA. He loves to travel, has done RAGBRAI the past three years, and is always on the hunt for epic falafel.
