Gustavo has a degree in Civil Engineering at the Federal University of Ceará (2008). Between 2008 and 2013 he worked in Fortaleza’s Traffic Management and Traffic Lights management. Since 2014, Gustavo has been working on the Cycling Mode Management Sector of Fortaleza’s City Hall. His work mainly involves the planning, implementation and monitoring of cycling infrastructure, three bike-share systems (Bicicletar, Bicicleta Integrada and Mini Bicicletar) and the “Leisure Bike Lane,”  as well as all other related actions like implementation of bike racks.
