Guillermo Martinez, Jr. is a Senior Transportation Engineer for the Port of Los Angeles where he manages the Port’s Transportation Improvement Program. This program consists of the planning, development, and design of transportation improvements in and around the port vicinity to improve the movement of goods through this international gateway. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University in 2001.  He has 17 years of technical and project management experience working with the City of Los Angeles. He holds Electrical, Traffic and Civil Engineering professional engineer licenses.
