Faye DiMassimo has 36 years of experience in transportation planning, project development and program delivery. She holds B.S., MPA and MCP degrees from Auburn University, is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha political science honorary and the American Institute for Certified Planners (AICP). Including her current position as the Renew Atlanta bond and TSPLOST programs General Manager, she has spent 27 years in the public sector at the local, regional and federal levels and 9 years with private sector planning and engineering consulting firms. During the 20+ years she has lived in the Atlanta region, she has been active in numerous community organizations and leadership programs including most recently joining the 2017 College Football Hall of Fame Atlanta Hall Management Board of Directors, 2007 Regional Leadership Institute (RLI) and 2013 Leadership Cobb programs, the current Chairman of the Strand Theatre Board of Trustees, a member of the American Planning Association and AICP, and a 2011 Northwest Georgia YWCA Women of Achievement honoree as well as the WTS Atlanta Chapter 2012 Woman of the Year. She and her husband, Tom, are the parents of three sons and grandparents to two granddaughters.
