After a multifaceted career which included working for the City of Portland, organizing and advocacy for a public employee union, and providing training and leadership development for a large union, I retired to continue doing the work I love most: social justice, racial equity, team building, facilitation, plus program development and implementation.
I describe myself as a generalist rather than a specialist which means I am happiest with projects that engage my skills in communication, analysis, and engaging with people to move individuals and groups forward.
I am a problem solver, collaborator, mentor and educator.
