David Pulsipher is a visionary and enthusiastic leader in the transportation planning field.  David leads Denver’s staff and planning efforts related to pedestrian and bicycle transportation in the City and County of Denver. David has spent the past 12 years in transportation planning, leading projects at the forefront of our industry, including: bicycle and pedestrian master plans, corridor planning, first/last mile plans, safe routes to school, smart transportation systems, vision zero/traffic safety, and automated enforcement systems. David is passionate about multimodal mobility as a key component of making any place a great place to live.
