Dave Hutchinson is the Capital Budget Manager for the City of Pittsburgh.  In addition to Capital Budget planning, he works with departments on project management best practices and operational efficiencies related to capital projects. Before joining Pittsburgh’s Office of Management and Budget, Dave worked in banking as a Best Practices Officer. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Mary Washington.
