Chris Pangilinan is the program director for technology and rider engagement at TransitCenter, a foundation dedicated to improving urban mobility. Chris’s work focuses on reforming transit agencies practices around data, performance metrics, and bus dispatching to improve service for their riders. He is also an advocate for improved access for people with disabilities to the New York City subway system. Chris has a B.S. in civil engineering from Portland State University, and an M.S. in transportation from MIT.
