Carol Kong, P.Eng. is a Senior Engineer in Transportation Planning at the City of Vancouver. She currently manages a regional portfolio, bringing the lens of Vancouver’s urban centre to broader initiatives such as mobility pricing, freight rail and Port projects, and capital funding programs. Before entering the public sector, Carol was a consultant on a diverse range of small- to large-scale multi-modal transportation projects in the Greater Toronto Area and in communities across Alberta. As a plangineer, Carol is passionate about building communities with happy and healthy mobility options, and a vibrant public life.
