Carli Paine manages SFMTA’s Land Use Development and Transportation Integration work. In this role, she represents the City’s transportation values and priorities in large scale land use development project negotiations. Carli also oversees a team that focuses on transportation components of land use development projects, land use plans, and land use policies. She has a Bachelors from Columbia University and a Masters in City Planning from MIT.
