Billy is a Program Manager for Communications at NACTO, where he strategizes and executes communications plans for the organization’s campaigns.

He previously wrote about politics, real estate and everything Brooklyn as a staff reporter for the community news site Bklyner. He also helped manage the Crossroads of the World as Constituent & Communications Manager at the Times Square Alliance, and conducted research on workforce development and the tech sector for the think tank Center for an Urban Future.

Billy has a BA in politics and journalism from New York University.
