Andy Kosinski, PE, Senior Engineer/Planner with Fehr & Peers, has over five years of experience in transportation planning and engineering. He has worked on a wide variety of multimodal and transit projects in both California and the Chicago area and has amassed project management experience on a number of transportation studies in the Bay Area. He joined Fehr & Peers in 2011 after graduating from the dual master’s program in transportation engineering and city planning from the University of California, Berkeley. He has performed research in the areas of transit effectiveness metrics, the environmental impact of high-speed rail, and geospatial navigation. He is currently the chair of the San Francisco Bay Area chapter of Young Professionals in Transportation.
