Aaron de Rozario is Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria. He is responsible for implementing Victoria’s commercial passenger vehicle reforms and its new regulatory environment; and regulating Victoria’s commercial passenger vehicle industry.

Aaron has been involved in the regulation of commercial passenger vehicles since 2012 and has advised the Western Australian and Victorian governments on industry reforms, regulatory matters and the changing nature of commercial passenger vehicle services.

During Aaron’s 20 years working in the public sector in Australia and the United Kingdom, he has held senior positions in economic development, education, social justice policy and transport. He has a strong interest in technology and the political economy of software development and holds a Masters in Public Policy from Murdoch University.
