Conference participants are expected to make their own hotel and travel arrangements.  First-come, first-served special room rates have been arranged in hotels ranging from chic boutique in trendy Brooklyn to brand hotels with 4-star amenities in downtown Manhattan.  For further information about accommodations, please see our Hotels section.
