The National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO) is excited to offer a free, all-day Complete Streets Design Training to City of St. Petersburg staff and its partners on Friday, December 13th. As the City of St. Petersburg grows, their roadways need to meet the civic goals of safety, equity, public health, quality of life, access to jobs and economic development. Complete streets are planned, designed, operated, and maintained so that people of all ages and physical and economic abilities can safely and comfortably move around the street network. This in-depth training will be tailored to help city departments and agencies incorporate Complete Streets Policy into their work programs.
