Traveling to Toronto
Don’t forget your passport!
You will need a valid passport if you’re traveling to Toronto from the U.S.
Note: Canada has restrictions for entry for those with a prior impaired driving conviction (DUI/DWI). If you have had a DWI/DUI conviction in the past, you may be required to apply for a permit to enter before arriving at the border. Learn more about
Canada’s DUI/DWI restrictions, and about how to
apply to enter the country with a prior conviction.
If you are planning to attend Designing Cities and are from a country other than the U.S. or Canada, please click here to learn about entry and visa requirements by country/territory.
