Conference hotel

Designing Cities 2017 will take place at the Swissôtel Chicago, at the confluence of the Chicago River and Lake Michigan, and adjacent to Millennium Park and the Chicago Loop.

Conference room rates are $219 + tax, until sold out.

Scholarships

NACTO has limited funds available for discounted registrations or travel scholarships. Invited speakers and employees of NACTO member cities and transit agencies are prioritized. Please submit your request by August 1, 2017.

Meals

Meals included in the registration fee are Monday night’s opening reception, with complimentary refreshments and hors d’oeuvres, a full breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, and a full lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. We will have coffee available throughout the conference.

Refund Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a request is received in writing no later than Friday, October 6, 2017. NACTO reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after the October 6 deadline. Direct refund requests by email to [email protected]. Be sure to provide your confirmation number.
