The National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO) is pleased to see the House Transportation and Infrastructure committee’s proposal for the next federal transportation bill released yesterday. Chairman Oberstar proposed a wide set of policies that would support consistent revenues for transportation, while putting overdue reforms into law.
