The Transportation Justice Fellowship, organized by NACTO as part of the Better Bike Share Partnership, builds community and skills among early- and mid-career people of color working to embed mobility justice in transportation. The Fellowship supports and sustains them as they do the heavy work to operationalize equity across the transportation field.
Each year, we welcome between eight and 12 Fellows to the program. They participate in skills-building sessions, collaborate on small projects, and receive one-on-one coaching from experts working at the intersections of transportation and social justice. Fellows also help program NACTO’s annual Designing Cities conference.
We will not be hosting a 2025-2026 Transportation Justice Fellowship. You can stay up to date on this program and more from NACTO by subscribing to our newsletter.
