Introducing Transit Tuesdays—a virtual event series

A public bus in Honolulu runs down a lane painted with red pavement markings and "Bus Only" word markings.

From buses to heavy rail, cities of all sizes rely on transit to move and connect people in neighborhoods and downtowns alike. NACTO’s members are implementing transit priority, reimaging fare collection and boarding procedures, developing new bus networks, and improving access to bus stops and stations.

Starting next month, NACTO is hosting a seven-part virtual series to explore the latest in city transit work with its member cities and agencies. The series features both “learning” and “listening” sessions, giving members an opportunity for peer learning and more in-depth conversation. During learning sessions, speakers will share their successes, lessons learned, and works in progress. The listening session, typically a week later, will feature facilitated peer discussions.
