From soccer-mania to a semiquincentennial, it’s been a busy summer for cities hosting large events! Join us to celebrate your successes and share lessons learned.
Ahead of the meeting, reflect on your experience as a city, a team, or as an individual. During the meeting, everyone will share one thing that they are going to keep doing (a success!) and one thing that they are going to do differently/start doing (a lesson learned). These can be big or small, individual or organization-wide.
At the end of the meeting, we will discuss the next steps for this group. We will not record the meeting, but we will share some high-level notes as a follow-up.
Come prepared to share, listen, ask questions, and learn as a group!
