NACTO’s Clearing the Roadblocks project aims to help cities use existing flexibility in federal law, federal regulations, and design guidance to fund, design, and build better streets.
At this webinar, NACTO staff will share specific resources to support cities on:
- Design flexibility: challenging assumptions about what cities can and can’t design and build with federal funding, and
- Funding flexibility: highlighting federal formula funding programs and how to access these funds to support specific transportation improvements
