Charity Hilliman (she/her) is the Program Associate of Engagement at NACTO. In her role, she strengthens connections across NACTO’s member network by ensuring that members have the support they need to maximize the value of their membership.
Charity brings over five years of experience scaling community-based solutions across urban landscapes. Her career has focused on building stakeholder relationships, strengthening partner networks, and designing processes that expand organizational capacity and impact. She has worked across nonprofits, start-ups, and higher education to integrate equity and sustainability into systems that serve diverse communities. Charity is passionate about advancing public health and equity through transportation and urban planning.
Charity holds a B.A. in Nutritional Anthropology from Mount Holyoke College.
