Michael Littlejohn has significant senior leadership experience in the Professional Services, IT Services, and Training and Human Capital Services sectors. Currently, Michael is Vice President, IBM, Global Business, State of New York.

Michael’s team is focused on developing, selling, and delivering solutions that help governments solve their most pressing issues across the missions of a city. Issues that involve public safety, education, healthcare, transportation, infrastructure, energy, water, and social services.

With IBM since 1997, Michael’s previous roles include Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, Smarter Cities/Smarter Government, Practice Leader for Human Capital Consulting; General Manager of IBM Learning; and VP of Internal Transformation Consulting.  Immediately prior to joining IBM, Michael was a Managing Director at Price Waterhouse for organizational transformation and change management.

Michael has a B.S. degree from Cornell University (Computer Science and Business).  He serves on the boards of three not-for-profit organizations and is also a member of the Cornell University Council.   He resides in Westchester County, NY.
