Kristen Simpson specializes in working on projects before they become popular, including managing exploratory phases of car sharing, bike sharing, modern streetcars, and now congestion pricing.  She helped create the SDOT’s project development division and currently manages a team that has secured more than $200 million in grants to leverage Seattle’s transportation levy funding.  She enjoys urban hiking and is on a quest to find Seattle’s best fish and chips.
