Katie Roth is passionate about the role faster, better bus service can play in building a more livable Twin Cities region. She manages Metro Transit’s arterial bus rapid transit program, leading a planning and engineering team responsible for the implementation of the agency’s 12-line arterial BRT program. Katie is active in WTS and was named to Mass Transit magazine’s 2017 “Top 40 Under 40” list. She has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of Minnesota and a BA from Indiana University. Katie is a daily transit rider, walker and bicyclist, with ten years of private and public sector transit experience.
